The Inum Restaurant has a reputation as one of the best in Micronesia. Specializing in local and international dishes, the dinner menu changes nightly, depending on the availability of fresh local produce, chicken and fish.
The restaurant is also a popular venue for small conferences and workshops.
The Inum Restaurant's large dining room plus the smaller private dining room permits great flexibility. The private dining room seats approximately 12 for dinner or 14 to 16 in a lecture configuration. The large main room is also easily subdivided to set up a dedicated conference space, leaving a small dining room available to the public.
